Manufactured and delivered on site.

Building wired with light and receptacle.
One each 48" all aluminum, insulated door complete with lock and keys.
Two each 24"x27" all aluminum windows.
All exterior openings flashed for lifetime protection.
Limited 25-year warranty on pressure treated lumber for rot and decay used for skids, bands, and floor joists. Siding and roofing warranted for 20-years to be free from rust or corrosion. Paint is warranted not to blister or peel for 20 years. Labor warranted for leaks for 10 years.
Customer is responsible for obtaining any permits that might be required by either county or local ordinances (subdivision covenants or any other codes or permits that may be necessary for portable buildings).
